Gym Crasher resistance bands are made from the highest quality of natural rubber latex sourced from Sri Lanka. Each band consists of multiple thin layers of latex bonded together, rather than a single thick layer, to enhance durability and deliver a more consistent tension profile.
There are four strengths and colors of Gym Crasher bands ranging in resistance from 8-46 pounds at 200% length. Each 41-inch band features one-inch markings, beginning at the zero mark and extending 20 inches outward in both directions. The inch markings are included to help trainees track hand and feet placement and monitor progress with certain exercises.
