The Abs Hypertrophy course is designed for trainers and advanced trainees seeking to learn the most effective, evidence-based methods for optimizing abdominal muscle growth, focusing specifically on the rectus abdominis and obliques.
The course begins with a brief review of skeletal muscle contraction types and the anatomy and function of the abs, followed by lessons covering the key variables involved in hypertrophy training, including exercise selection, intensity, volume and frequency. After the discourse, an exercise menu and sample workouts are provided with links to video demonstrations of select ab exercises. Participants will need access to an AbMat, dumbbells, a decline bench and a cable machine to perform the included exercises, though modifications can be made.
Upon completing the guide, trainees will come away with a well-rounded understanding of how to optimize their training for muscle growth, along with an arsenal of new and effective ab exercises.
To ensure course enrollees have the most up-to-date and accurate information, the Abs Hypertrophy course will be continually revised to reflect new research and findings. A one-time enrollment fee grants access to all future updates.
