The Abs Hypertrophy course is designed for trainers and advanced trainees who want to learn the most effective evidence-based methods for building skeletal muscle mass. The course covers the key variables involved in hypertrophy training and how to best apply them to the rectus abdominis and external and internal oblique muscles (“abs”).
The course begins with a brief review of skeletal muscle contraction types and abs anatomy, followed by several chapters covering the key variables involved in designing a hypertrophy program. After the discourse, an exercise menu and several pre-made workouts are provided with links to videos demonstrating proper exercise execution. Participants will need access to a decline bench, dumbbells and an adjustable cable machine in order to perform most of the programmed abs exercises.
By the end of the course, participants should have a deeper understanding of the key variables involved in building muscle mass and feel confident in progressing their abs training with an arsenal full of effective exercises.
To ensure course enrollees have continuous access to the latest information, the Abs Hypertrophy course will undergo regular updates based on current research and understanding. A one-time enrollment fee includes access to all future enhancements.
