Gym Crasher resistance bands are made from the highest quality of natural rubber latex sourced from Sri Lanka. Each band consists of multiple thin layers of latex bonded together, rather than a single thick mold, to enhance durability and deliver a more consistent tension profile.

There are four strengths and colors of Gym Crasher bands ranging in resistance from 8–46 pounds at 200% length. Each 41-inch band features one-inch markings, beginning at the zero mark and extending 20 inches outward in both directions. The inch markings help trainees track hand and foot placement, making it easier to gauge performance and maintain consistency.
